Email Features on BlackBerry OS 7. One feature that makes the BlackBerry so powerful competitors face is email. In this feature since the first BlackBerry to accommodate hundreds of your emails without significant problems, even when synced with multiple email accounts. Setup Email
From the homescreen menu go to Setup> Email Accounts> Internet Mail Account> Set up another email account. Select your email service provider, or select "Other" if your email service provider is not available. Enter your username and password, then click "Continue"

Deleting an email account
From the homescreen menu go to Setup> Email Accounts> Internet Mail Account.
Navigate to the account you want to delete, click the menu button> Delete> click "Yes"

Adding a signature
From the homescreen menu go to Setup> Email Accounts> Internet Mail Account.
Navigate to the account in question, click the menu button> Edit.
Fill Your Name column with your name and. Signature with the message you want to appear at the end of every email you send using the account.
Click the back button> Save, enter a password in the fields for validation purposes. Click Validate.

Send a service book
This is useful when email sent from your BlackBerry can not be accepted by the intended person, or when email sent to you not also go into the BlackBerry.
How, go to Setup> Email Accounts> press the menu button> Service Books> click Send Service Books.

Sending a new email
From the homescreen go to Messages> click menu button> Compose Email.
Select the email account you want to use to send. Create your email, after clicking the menu button> Send.

Adding items to the email will be sent
When composing a new message to be sent press the menu button> Attach> select the desired file types> click ok.

Reply to incoming email messages
Select Messages> point selection (highlight) to the email that was about to reply to> press the menu button> click reply> write your reply message to> press the menu button> click Send.

Forward incoming email messages
Select Messages> point selection (highlight) to the email you want to continue> press the menu button> click Forward> enter the destination email address and you can also add a message on the email body> press the menu button> click Send.

Specifies the default email to send a message
This is so you do not need to choose an email account when creating new email messages to be sent.
Select Options from the main menu> Device> Advanced System Settings> Default Services.

Setting delivery receipts
Delivery receipts are the kind that go into the BlackBerry notification when email you send has been received by the intended person. The trick select Messages> click menu button> Options> Email Preferences> specify the email account referred to in Messages Services> tick the Confirm Delivery> press the back button> Save. You can also set the BlackBerry to send delivery receipt to the person who sent the email to you to mark Send Delivery Receipt.

Setting a read receipt
Read receipts similar to the delivery receipts only just coming into the BlackBerry notification when email you send has been read by the intended person. The trick select Messages> click menu button> Options> Email Preferences> specify the email account referred to in Messages Services> tick the Confirm Read> press the back button> Save. You can also set the BlackBerry to send a read receipt to the person who sent the email to you to change the Send Read Receipt option to Yes.

Choosing an email from the account are displayed anywhere in your inbox
Select Messages> click menu button> Options> Inbox Management> mark (tick) the email account you want to appear in the inbox> hit the back button> Save.

Synchronization of email accounts with BlackBerry
This setting is useful for adding contacts and calendar on the BlackBerry with which you have in your email account.
The way from the main menu select Setup> Email Accounts> point option on the account you want synchronized> press the menu key> Edit> click Synchronization Options> mark the items you want synchronized> press the back button> Save.
